Visual Description: Bright green in colour
Bright green substance sold as DOWN. Tested on FTIR and found it contained no drugs, only filler substances, some toxic if inhaled, swallowed or in contact with skin.
Hazardous filler material (52% of total) included glutaraldehyde, which is toxic if inhaled and causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Benign filler (48% of total) included powdered milk, artificial sweetener and toothpaste.
