Visual Description: Flaky white powder

Substance sold as COCAINE contained levamisole, a veterinary de-wormer and common cutting agent.

Sample was a white powder that was more flaky than normal cocaine. 
Sample was tested on FTIR at Nine Circles and was positive for cocaine and levamisole.
